Welcome to ECS Ellicott City Tree Service. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are subject to availability and will be performed by trained professionals.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes for all our services. Prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if we discover additional work is needed once we start the job. We will always inform you of any price changes before proceeding with extra work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

When you schedule a service with us, we reserve time and resources for your job. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and people stay away from the work zone for safety. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden features that were not marked or disclosed to us before we started work.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree work on your property. We can advise you on local regulations, but it is your responsibility to ensure all work complies with local ordinances.

Liability and Insurance

We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for damage caused by natural events, pre-existing tree conditions, or hidden hazards that were not reasonably discoverable during our initial inspection.

Disputes

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
